Our services are available by appointment and are subject to availability.
3. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made in advance via phone, website, or in person.
Payment is required before or immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, bank transfers, and other payment methods as communicated.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide access to the premises and ensure a safe working environment for our staff.
Valuable or fragile items should be secured before our team begins work.
We are not liable for damages to pre-existing faulty equipment, installations, or surfaces.
6. Liability and Insurance
Our team takes utmost care while providing services, but Neat and Clean is not responsible for accidental damages unless caused by negligence.
We are insured, and any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
We may offer a complimentary re-cleaning if the complaint is deemed valid.

Our staff follows strict hygiene and safety protocols.
Customers must inform us of any hazardous conditions before service begins.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
Refund Policy
No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a cleaning service is successfully completed, no refunds will be issued.
Service Issues and Re-Cleans
If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the issue and may offer a free re-clean if deemed necessary.
Refunds for Cancellations
If you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% service charge.
Refunds for Failed Service Delivery
If Neat and Clean is unable to provide service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff unavailability, extreme weather), we will offer either a reschedule or full refund.
Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
